RI Tax Amnesty Program RI TAX  The Rhode Island Division of Taxation will begin accepting amnesty applications on December 1, 2017. The RI Tax Amnesty program will run through February 15, 2018. Rhode Island taxpayers who pay their back taxes will see penalties waived and interest cut 25 percent under this RI tax amnesty program
